Jungle Palace, an immersive dinner in the heart of the tropical forest

Want to escape? The Jungle Palace promises you a wild immersion in the heart of the tropical forests of the Amazon. On the menu: a spicy menu, a marriage of exotic flavors and devilishly effective cocktails. The recipe for an unforgettable meal in the company of 3D elephants...

Trend alert! The most knowledgeable among you probably already knew Under the sea, the aquatic table which plunges you into the abyssal depths of the seabed. Others had perhaps already ventured to a galaxy far, far away, having a meal with their heads in the stars at Stellar. But how many of you can boast of having crossed the Parisian jungle to delight in a delicious feast with spicy notes?

The Ephemera group has clearly not said its last word in terms of immersive tables and proves it this week with the opening of this brand new address: the Jungle Palace. A little gem of delicacy which this time takes you to the heart of the animal kingdom for a wild adventure. Between the tropical storms, the morning mist and the phosphorescent night settings, the immersion here is total.

More than ever, this unusual table pushes the concept of immersion even further through a rich decoration designed in the style of an antique palace, invaded by lush vegetation. A leap to the past? Certainly not! Jungle Palace is at the cutting edge of technology by using video-mapping on the walls, dazzling light shows and simply captivating sound...

After venturing into the heart of the jungle, we need to regain our strength. That's good, the Jungle Palace has some lovely surprises in store for the budding explorers like us with excellent sweet and savory combinations... Just take a look at the menu homemade to give you an idea of the flavors highlighted in this breathtaking setting (roasted place in a banana leaf, crying tiger, and an exotic trio that has already proven itself: mango, coconut and passion fruit).

Let's start this meal with an intoxicating cocktail, the Batida Indiana, a clever blend of Bacardi Spiced Rum, mango, coconut, yuzu and macadamia nuts. The tone is set ! Next comes the starter and the main course. On the menu: a tender roasted eggplant with chimichurri sauce, a salmon gravlax marinated for hours in lemongrass and ginger served with a lemony yogurt sauce, mustard seed pickles, dill and lemon Green. The butternut Rigatoni blends perfectly with the creamy coconut milk sauce, while the raw sea bream ceviche immediately transports us to the tropical forests of the Amazon. And since gluttony is a bad flaw, we plead guilty and end the meal on a sweet note with the irreplaceable brioche perdu topped with salted butter caramel served with homemade Madagascar vanilla custard and caramelized hazelnuts. A taste journey that will be remembered for a long time...
