Following a stranger to Venice, letting foreigners sleep in her bed, dissecting a breakup letter: born in 1953, she has turned these experiences into protocols. The museum brings together six chapters from the last thirty years, in photography, text, installation, and video, for her first solo exhibition in Berlin in twenty years. The exhibition begins with a series shot in the city in 1996, focusing on the emblems of the GDR erased after reunification.
