C3PO's helmet sold for more than $850,000 at auction

That fans can be passionate. And as proof, accessories linked to many cult films have been snapped up at auction in recent days. Thus, Propstore has just closed a sale which took place from November 9 to 13 and whose total balance amounts to several million dollars.

At this price, buyers could acquire key objects, such as the helmet of C3PO, the domestic robot from the Star Wars saga which sold for $855,000. Among the other objects that met with success, the helmet of a soldier of the Empire sold for $670,000, Indiana Jones' whip in The Temple of Doom sold for $350,000 and even accessories from the { 7}Marvel films such as Captain America's shield in The First Avenger and Iron Man's helmet in Civil War sold for $125,000 each. Great collections for collectors who have had fun.
