Attention cheese lovers of all kinds! Camembert, Comté, Saint-Nectaire, goat cheese... All these cheeses and much more will soon be showcased in a brand new museum!

And no, you're not dreaming... A living cheese museum will open its doors in the 4th arrondissement of the capital from June 14! At the initiative of this audacious project? The Paroles de Fromagers company and more particularly its founder Pierre Brisson, who wanted to celebrate French cheese and its artisans with dignity.

Located in the heart of Ile-Saint-Louis, this place combining interactive exhibition gallery, educational spaces and even dairy-cheese shop promises you a unique interactive and immersive experience! Here, the cheese will be produced before your eyes to help you discover all the riches of the region! A great way to highlight our rich French culinary heritage, which will perhaps make younger generations want to join the industry, who knows?

From cheese culture to manufacturing secrets including an immersive tasting session, a real educational and sensory journey awaits you in this new unusual museum! Each step is designed to highlight this ancestral know-how but also highlight all the diversity of French cheeses.

Located in the premises of the former restaurant “Nos Ancêtres Les Gaulois”, this long-awaited museum aims to become THE unmissable meeting place for all cheese lovers but also professionals in the sector! So, can’t wait? The ticket office is already open!
